Hypnosis: Using this method of regression we will go back and see what the limiting factors are and re frame them to allow you to become the full, activated human you deserve to be.
Health/wellness coaching: We will look at everything you are doing with your body, and your mental activities in order to identify what is lacking or what can be cut down, or out.
